The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The beds and pillows are awesome and very comfortable. I had really good sleep there. Overall, I had great experience.
Absolutely amazing guest service!! On our third day of our stay our air conditioner started blowing hot air. The man came immediately and fixed the problem. Later, it started blowing hot air again. This time he came to the room with another guy and a brand new AC unit. They took the old one out and had the new one in and running in a matter of minutes. The absolute best response I've ever received to any maintenance issue in any hotel HANDS DOWN. I travel for work and am in a new hotel every twelve days so that is definitely saying something. BRAVO!!
It's a super 8 so don't expect it to be a Hilton but it's clean, good beds, at least in my room and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
This was the cleanest place I have stayed at. The staff and owners were a sweet young couple and very accommodating. The sheets were so very crisp and I wanted to steal their pillows. This felt more like a luxury hotel. Would definitely recommend and the prices are very reasonable.
We had a long day on the road and got stuck in Illinois because our starter went out on our vehicle. We were exhausted. The room was clean. The shower was amazing lots of hot water. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were very welcome. The staff was the sweetest. There were a few cosmetic issues, and the plug sockets were loose. Great
The staff here are very welcoming and helpful. They make you feel right at home. I felt like I was greeted and helped by a friend at the front desk and the room was immaculate. One of the best Super 8s I’ve ever stayed in.
Everyone working here from management to staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast is free and while it may not be a 5 star buffet it is enough to get you going to start the day. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping as well easy access to the highway. Far better than I would expect from a hotel at the price of only $75 a night when every other place was well above $100 in the area. I would stay here again for the great customer service and friendly chats anytime I travel.
Rooms are super clean. Staff is nice. Plenty of restaurants around. They honor service animal requirements. Hotel gets two thumbs up! Great job.
